CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • STANDARD DELIVERY
    • Domestic shipping is FREE for all order placed in the USA.
    • It may take approximately 24-48 hours within business days to process an order before it is shipped.
    • Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping.
    • All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
    • We are able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
    • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
    • Refused shipment orders are responsible for the return shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
  • EXPRESS DELIVERY
    • Express shipping is $10 for all order placed in the USA.
    • It may take approximately 24-48 hours within business days to process an order before it is shipped.
    • Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping.
    • Please note express mail orders placed after 8:00 am (PST) on Friday. Will not be processed until the next following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will also be processed on Monday. Orders need to be placed before 8am in order to be shipped out that day.
    • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
    • Refused shipment orders are responsible for the return shipping charge and will be deducted from your refund.
  • GIFT WRAP PACKAGING OPTION
    • This service is FREE of charge. Your item will be wrapped and placed inside one of our signature boxes or bags. Perfect for those special occasions like Anniversaries, Birthdays, Valentines, and Christmas.
  • PAYMENT INFORMATION OPTION
    • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.
    • If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
    • Further information for overseas customers The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United States will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
  • SALES TAX
    • If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California State (9%). That’s because sales tax is charged only to states where The Sheek has a physical presence. Currently this is only California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
    • Tax will only apply to the total purchase of goods, shipping charges do not apply. At the time of check out, all Sales Tax information will be displayed.
  • CANADA DELIVERY
    • For Canadian orders, select country at checkout.
    • We ship to Canada via USPS International Class Mail. Approximate delivery is 5-10 business days.
    • Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. The package will be marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.
  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
    • We Offer 2 type of shipping method for International Orders:

    • USPS Express Mail International ($25). Approximate Delivery is 5-7 business days. This shipping method may be a bit more expensive, but tracking will be provided. Tracking will show when the package leaves the USA as well as when it arrives to the delivering country.
      USPS First Class Mail International ($10). Approximate Delivery time is 8-16 business days. This is the most affordable method for shipping. Tracking is not available for this shipping method.

    • All orders are shipped via USPS, Monday to Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
    • We Currently Ship the Following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Poland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Kingdom.
    • (Foreign Credit Card Holder) If you pay by credit card your invoices will be charged in $US Dollars and your credit card company will convert the invoice at the current exchange rate. Your credit card statement will reflect the exchange rate and the final charge in your country's currency. The exact amount in another currency will depend on the rate offered by your credit card company on that particular day. This may result in small differences, plus or minus, to the exact amount list in the website.
    • Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. The package will be marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged the fees.
  • TRACKING YOUR ORDER
    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Tracking will only be given or ALL Domestic USA packages and International Express Orders. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in “MY ACCOUNT” and click "ORDER HISTORY". Tracking will be provided, and you can track it at US-MAIL (USPS)
  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    • All returns must be made within 7-days of purchase. We do not offer refunds, only store credit. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. All merchandise must be in the new & original condition. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us at Returns Department within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a exchange or credit. We will replace a damaged item if available.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
    • All return items are subject to 10% restocking fee and store credit will only be offered. Customers will also be responsible for Shipping Fees & Insurance Fee for sending out the item.
